The National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) will host its Diversity in Media & Entertainment Career Expo on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Hilton New York, located at 1335 Avenue of the Americas (between 53rd and 54th Streets).
The career expo is open to the general public and admission is free of charge. The event will be held in the Hilton New York?s Rhinelander Gallery located on the hotel?s second floor. Attendees are encouraged to use the Avenue of the Americas entrance and take the escalators to the event site. Presented in partnership with CableFAX, the Career Expo is being held in conjunction with the 25th Annual NAMIC Conference scheduled for October 4-5 as part of the cable television industry?s Diversity Week.
Job applicants seeking career prospects in media and entertainment will have access to the following exhibitors confirmed to-date: AMC Networks; CableFAX; Cablevision; CBS Sports; Charter Communications; Comcast; Discovery Communications; FOX Networks Group; HBO; MTV Networks; NBCUniversal; PBS (Public Broadcasting Service); Scripps Networks Interactive; SiriusXM Satellite Radio; The Interpublic Group of Companies?
